Altis Blue Lake permits a maximum of 2 cats or dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds. Pet fee is $400 for the first pet and $375 for the second pet. Pet rent is $15.00 per pet per month. Certain breeds of dogs are prohibited, including but not limited to American Staffordshire, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Husky, Chow, German Shepherd, and any combined of the mentioned animals.
