No, all work and orders are made online and completed within 24-48 hours. You can provide us acces to your apartment and we will get your concern completed. |

During business hours you can stop by the office with your ID and we will be happy to grant you access. |

You have two options to break your lease which will be reviewed and chosen at time of lease. |
To set up your electric account, please contact FPL. We will take care of setting up the water and sewer.
