Your apartment is brand new and ready for you!

No, all work and orders are made online and completed within 24-48 hours. You can provide us acces to your apartment
and we will get your concern completed.

We do. We have skilled technicians available to servce all your maintenance needs. 

You will login to your resident portal online and submit a service request. We will respond and complete your request right away. 

During business hours you can stop by the office with your ID and we will be happy to grant you access.


Yes, we have several apartments with attached garages as well as have surface parking available. 

We have a 24 hour fitness facility, co-working space,  Resident lounge, heated pool, dog park and pet spa.

Yes, and we would love to meet your pet.

Stainless steel microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, range and dishwasher.

We do not, but we can provide you with information on furniture rentals.


24 -72 hours after receiving your application and employment verification.

All rent is paid online through the resident portal. 

Yes. $100,000 limited liability insurance is required and personal property is recommended. 

You have two options to break your lease which will be reviewed and chosen at time of lease.

To set up your electric account, please contact FPL. We will take care of setting up the water and sewer.

No utilities are included in your rent. 


There is a bus stop located directly outside of the main entrance. We are also located in close proximity to FL Turnpike and I-95.
